Physicians in our network will need to evaluate your medical status before recommending a treatment plan.

To review your medical status, we kindly ask you to send us your medical records such as examination and surgery reports, treatment records and laboratory results in English via e-mail. We also need all radiological images such as X-Rays, MRIs and CT scans. Your medical records will be assessed by the attending medical team of hospitals in our exclusive network. 

After handling these documents experienced physicians assess the situation and develop an individualized treatment plan which is suited to you.

We are offering you to send a personalized medical and financial proposal (estimate), within 24 hours of your request.

We are planning your possible treatment before your travel to Turkey so that we can provide you a budget for hospital charges.

Please note that these are the estimated charges and may not reflect the final bill. We can issue you a proforma invoice for verifying your treatment plan and possible charges. 

Explaining of each charge will be particularized during the treatment and discharging process from hospital. If charges are less than the payment received, hospital will refund the difference. Hospitals accept payment by cash, credit (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) card, and wire transfer in U.S. dollars and Euro. We do not charge our services to our patients additional to the healthcare expenses.

Our services are absolutely free for our patients. Every year we are referring hundreds of international patients to the hospitals in our network therefore our services are paid by the hospitals.

We are assisting and advising you throughout the all visa application process.

We can send you a confirmation letter for verifying your treatment at our network hospitals. We can assist with obtaining an appointment confirmation letter if it is needed for visa application. This confirmation letter will help you in your visa related matters.
 

We are providing transportation shuttle for all international patients free of charge. Our driver will assist you and your accompanying family members upon your arrival and departure from both of the airports in Istanbul (Sabiha Gökçen and Istanbul International Airports).

Our driver will meet you at the airport on your arrival time. We are always checking the landing time of your flight so you don’t need to worry if there is any delay on landing. After collecting your bags please walk to the exit and look for our driver holding a board with your name. Enjoy a comfortable drive.

Please inform us least two days in advance of your departure date and time to schedule your transport. The shuttle does not offer service to all hotels in the city, it is only for the hotels around our hospitals. For ground and air ambulance requests, please contact our case manager.

We will offer you several hotel alternatives close to the hospital for your accommodation needs which are suits budget.

We have agreements with hotels which offer special rates for our patients and their accompanying family members. Accommodation assistance is offered for your convenience, you can also explore other options on your own.
