Mr. JW (69 years old) from England discharged from hospital the day after having the Da Vinci Robotic-Assisted Prostatectomy surgery. His local doctor decided a long-term watchful waiting approach but because of the high PSA value, he has admitted to doctor for surgery. Da Vinci Robotic-Assisted total prostatectomy with the excision of lymph nodes, anastomosis and repair existing bilateral inguinal hernia surgeries has been applied at the same operation. Duration of the surgery was 2 hour and 56 minutes.
